Wagoner’s Marina has 55 seasonal sites.  Each site has a view of the beautiful St. Lawrence River.  Our park is full of friendly people that come from all over the state and country. All of our customers have been referred to us by other park members, which makes it friendly place to be.  Some of our residents are retired, some are contemplating retirement, and others are young families.

Seasonal lot rates are $4,394.50 and include taxes (both school and county billed separately), water and septic.  The season begins May 1st and ends October 15th.
